Richard Reeves is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, where he directs the Future of the Middle Class Initiative and co-directs the Center on Children and Families. He writes for a wide range of publications, including the New York Times, the Guardian, National Affairs, The Atlantic, Democracy Journal, and Wall Street Journal.  His book Of Boys and Men: Why the Modern Male is Struggling, Why It Matters, and What to Do About It, shows how the basic social structures defining masculine maturity and success have been shattered, and how they can — and must — be reinvented.
